Chief of Minds

As a high-profile business strategist, HR powerhouse, CEO and author, Lakeisha Robichaux has been revolutionizing the way organizations succeed since 2002. The CEO and founder of Chief of Minds (COM), a human resources firm she launched in 2014, Chief of Minds Staffing, and Chief of Minds Insurance, Robichaux’s strategic skill set as a problem-solver, success seeker, and organizational leader has allowed her to help build high-performing teams by optimizing operations and developing executive leaders. Coupling her 21+ years of experience in facilitating business growth and her passion for servant leadership, Chief of Minds offers professional consultations and HR services to corporations, public and private sectors, non-profit organizations, and government entities, acting as a one-stop shop for all human resources and business consultancy needs.

A HR veteran and pioneer in strengthening corporate models, Lakeisha honed her expertise working for Fortune 500 and 100 companies such as CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General Corporation, and Loyola University. Garnering a well-earned reputation for driving results, she led those organizations through

significant cultural change, proving that peak performance is always possible through the right people. It was pure passion for people and servant leadership that led to her pivot from corporate into public service, where she has since become one of the top HR consultants for organizations nationwide.

With a mission of helping the next generation of small-business owners advance within their industries and create lasting and sustainable companies, Lakeisha launched a business development membership platform called BizChiefs in 2020, as an extension of the Chief of Minds brand.

A mentorship and online community of business-owners, BizChiefs members have access to tailored workshops, coaching sessions, monthly masterclasses, networking events, and Q&A sessions with Lakeisha and other market experts. In an effort to make entrepreneurial and business growth accessible to both established and aspiring entrepreneurs, Lakeisha also hosts Mastermind business retreats as well as public events, including the annual BizChiefs Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Lakeisha is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, and was most recently elected as President of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce. She is also on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association (NSBA).
